The Partnership is a collaboration between Ealing Council and several specialist training providers to develop an apprenticeship offer that will support residents into good careers and help businesses develop a highly skilled workforce. The partnership supports the council's commitment to create 10,000 new jobs and appreniceships, including the creation of 2000 diverse apprenticeship vacancies.
Apprenticeships are an exciting option for both apprentice and employer. They help bring valuable skills to those starting out on the career ladder and can upskill and retrain an existing workforce. To create an apprenticeship, a training provider must be identified to train your apprentice.

JACE is a private, family-owned independent training provider that has been delivering training across London and the South East since 1981. With the advent of online training, reach has now expanded nationally.
JACE is listed successfully on RoATP (Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers) and was graded good throughout its provision in each of the areas listed, as demonstrated in our latest Ofsted report, following inspection in December 2018.
JACE delivers apprenticeship training to its own staff and external companies in the areas of early years practitioner, educator, advanced practitioner and lead practitioner, business administrator, customer service practitioner and specialist, teaching assistant, youth support worker, team leader/supervisor, sports in school and surveying.

We draw candidates from local colleges who are working towards a qualification in their chosen trade and are ready to move towards the next step of embarking- on an apprenticeships.
They are provided with tools and personal protective equipment and are paid a wage of £386 plus travel expenses per week for the duration of their placement. They will recieve regular on-site reviews and are fully supported whilst on site. When the placement is completed, the contractor they have been placed with has the option to take them on or else JBT will souce another placement in Ealing.
